Who we are and where we've come from

Our parent brand, The Card Network, has been quietly servicing national membership schemes and contracts behind the scenes for over 20 years. 


The business started off printing ID cards and custom cards, but has developed into a full service provider, providing complete operational support for membership and access schemes.


Over the years, we have invested in new equipment and expanded our tech based solutions to ensure that we can support our clients across all aspects of their operations.


We have a dedicated team that have been with us for many years, and who pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service.

2001 - Our parent brand The Card Network is founded 
​Focusing on ID Cards & security products to all sectors. 

2004 - We win our first Membership Card Scheme contract
We still hold this contract today. We provide full operational back-office and customer service support for this scheme, from the front-end customer facing website to help-desk and verification services, card personalisation, printing and fulfilment.​​

2014 - We help to set up the Hynt Card
We were part of the initial scoping team for this national access card scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales. Following this we became the successful delivery partner for the Helpline, application portal, back office admin & card production.​​

2021 - We invest in further fulfilment and mailing equipment
To strengthen our capabilities in fulfilment and mailing, we expand our kit to handle larger fulfilment runs.​​

2022 - We set-up our API Integration service
Recognising the need for the secure transfer of member data in real-time, we launch our API Integration services.​​

2025 - We are awarded the tender to be the Member Services Hub delivery partner for All In
All In is the new access scheme for creativity and culture in the UK and Ireland, due to be launched in 2025/6. We will provide the on-demand help desk to support members in managing all aspects of their membership.

2025 - The Card Network launches People Connective
​We launch a sub-brand to our parent company, to allow us to better focus our services to membership organisations and institutions.
